Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Channel Sales Professional for a full-time on-site role in Kolkata. The responsibilities of this role include identifying and developing new channel partners, managing relationships with existing partners, and driving sales through indirect channels. The position also involves negotiating agreements, setting sales targets, enabling partners' teams with necessary product knowledge, and conducting market analysis to identify opportunities for channel growth. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure alignment with the company’s sales strategies and goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Channel Sales, Partner Management, and Business Development
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills to manage existing partnerships and develop new ones
- Ability to perform Market Analysis and Sales Forecasting to identify potential growth opportunities in the region
- Good negotiation and deal-closing skills to create mutually beneficial partnerships
- Proficient in Sales Strategy Planning and Account Management
- Familiarity with the energy sector or renewable energy industry is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master’s is a plus)
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a focus on achieving targets
