Job Title: Channel Sales Manager-Toll & Transit

Job Purpose
The
Channel Sales Manager – Toll and Transit is responsible for driving product profitability and managing issuer partnerships within the Toll and Transit business. Based in Mumbai or Noida, this role involves working closely with Product Managers and business teams to ensure customer-first product design, managing a team of Issuer Managers, and ensuring process adherence and regulatory compliance. The role is key to enhancing customer and partner retention while supporting the bank’s growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure product and team profitability across the Toll and Transit business.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and business teams to design customer-centric products and services.
- Manage a team of Issuer Managers and ensure the development of quality partnerships.
- Monitor and enforce process adherence and compliance across all operational activities.
- Drive sourcing quality and speed to meet business targets.
- Enhance customer and partner retention through effective engagement and service delivery.
- Coordinate with regulatory bodies to ensure product enhancements align with current guidelines.
- Support digital initiatives and process improvements to streamline operations.
- Track and report key performance metrics to ensure business objectives are met.
- Lead and mentor a team of Issuer Managers, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer centricity.
- Promote automation and digital enablement across the team to improve efficiency and service quality.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance standards.

Educational Qualifications
Graduation: Bachelor of Commerce (B.com) / Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) / Bachelor of Arts (BA) / Bachelor of Business & Insurance (BBI) / Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS)
Post-Graduation: Master of Business Administration (MBA) / Master of Commerce (M.com) / Master of Arts (MA)
Experience: 5 - 10 years of relevant experience
