We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Channel Sales Manager to develop and manage channel partners, system integrators, dealers and resellers in the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding partner networks, generating business opportunities and promoting ELV/ICT solutions including CCTV, networking, telecom, access control and related infrastructure products.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage channel partners, dealers, and system integrators in the assigned territory.
- Drive sales for ELV and ICT products including CCTV, Access Control, Networking, WiFi, Telecom, IPPBX, Fiber, and Structured Cabling solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the partner ecosystem.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct product presentations, partner meetings, and business development activities.
- Build strong relationships with consultants, contractors, corporates, and project stakeholders.
- Coordinate with pre-sales and technical teams for solution designing and project support.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Follow up on quotations, payments, and order closures.
- Ensure regular reporting of sales activities and forecasts.
Preferred Skills
- 3–8 years of experience in Channel Sales / B2B Sales in ELV, Security, Networking, Telecom or ICT industry.
- Good understanding of CCTV, Access Control, Networking, Telecom or related ELV solutions.
- Strong channel management and relationship-building skills.
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
- Self-motivated with a strong focus on achieving targets.
