Role Description
The Channel Sales Manager is a full-time hybrid role based in Pune, with some flexibility for remote work. Responsibilities include identifying, onboarding, and managing channel partner relationships to drive sales growth. The Channel Sales Manager will develop and execute sales strategies, support partners to meet revenue targets, and provide excellent customer service throughout the partnership lifecycle. Regular evaluation of sales performance, conducting training sessions for partners, and ensuring seamless collaboration with the internal sales team will also be key tasks in this role.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Channel Sales and experience working with Channel Partners
- Strong knowledge of Sales processes, Sales Management, and customer acquisition strategies
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to build and maintain successful relationships with partners
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies and achieve revenue targets
- Prior experience in cybersecurity solutions or technology sales is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
