Role: Inside Sales Manager
Channel Acquisition:
· Develop and execute strategies to identify and acquire new channel partners.
· Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential partners through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship-building.
· Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns and materials to attract potential channel partners.
Program Sales:
· Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed program sales targets.
· Work closely with product management and marketing teams to understand program offerings and market positioning.
· Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for program expansion and improvement.
Client Engagement:
· Foster strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
· Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure a seamless transition from sales to onboarding and ongoing support.
· Gather client feedback to improve products and services and enhance overall client satisfaction.
Entrepreneurial Leadership for Sales Achievement:
· Instill an entrepreneurial culture within the sales team, inspiring a proactive mindset towards achieving and surpassing sales targets.
· Encourage a continuous improvement mindset, where team members are empowered to suggest and implement new ideas and strategies for achieving ambitious sales numbers.
