Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Channel Sales Manager for an on-site role based in Pune. The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners, driving revenue growth through effective partner management, and identifying new business opportunities. Key duties include developing and executing sales strategies, providing training and support to channel partners, and collaborating with internal teams to meet business objectives while ensuring customer satisfaction. Regular reporting and analysis of sales performance will also be an integral part of this role.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in channel sales, partner management, and business development in the technology or telecom sector.
- Understanding of AV Technologies, Unified Communication, and Cloud Telephony technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience in working with distribution businesses and engaging with local and global customer bases.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, with occasional travel as required.
