Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Mumbai region for a Channel Sales Manager. The primary responsibilities include developing and managing relationships with channel partners, overseeing channel partner sales activities, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves strategizing sales initiatives, managing sales processes, and supporting team efforts to meet targets and achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Channel Sales and working with Channel Partners to drive business results
- Strong expertise in Sales and Sales Management, including meeting and exceeding revenue goals
- Experience in Customer Service to ensure satisfaction and maintain relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to dynamic market conditions
- Previous experience in education or EdTech industries is a plus.
