Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Karnataka, India, for a Channel Sales Manager at TATA AIG General Insurance Company Limited. The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners, driving sales growth, achieving business targets, and creating effective strategies for channel engagement. Additional responsibilities include providing training and support to channel partners, tracking sales performance, analyzing market trends, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Sales Strategy, Relationship Management, and Channel Development
- Strong skills in Business Development, Negotiating, and Client Communication
- Analytical mindset for Sales Performance Analysis and Market Trend Identification
- Ability to train and support channel partners effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in the insurance or BFSI sector will be an advantage
- Proficiency in using sales tools, CRM software, and reporting systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field
