Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Channel Sales Manager, based in Kollam. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage channel partners effectively, ensuring sales targets are met. Daily responsibilities include developing and maintaining partner relations, overseeing the sales process, driving business growth, and ensuring excellent customer service to enhance satisfaction and foster long-term client relationships.
Qualifications
- Experience in Channel Sales and working with Channel Partners
- Strong Sales and Sales Management skills with a proven track record of achieving targets
- Proficiency in Customer Service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple stakeholders
- Relevant experience in the insurance or financial services domain is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
