Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Channel Sales Manager based in Mumbai. The Channel Sales Manager will oversee and manage relationships with channel partners, drive sales through these partnerships, and identify new opportunities for growth. Responsibilities also include achieving sales targets, providing support to channel partners, coordinating with internal teams, and preparing sales reports. The role requires developing and fostering long-term relationships to ensure partner satisfaction and business success.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Channel Sales and managing Channel Partners
- Strong capabilities in Sales and Sales Management
- Exceptional Customer Service skills and ability to build lasting relationships
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and implement effective sales strategies
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and preparing sales reports
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Experience in IT distribution or technology sales is highly preferred
