Mandatory Requirement:
- 6 years of sales experience in the IT hardware or leasing industry, with a strong track record in selling technology rental or subscription-based solutions.
- Experience working with multi-OEM enterprise hardware (servers, storage, networking from brands like HPE, Dell, Cisco, etc.)

Our client is a profitable, bootstrapped IT lifecycle company running seven business units across hardware, refurbishment, rentals, services, spares, ITAD, and cloud. We are in a deliberate scale-up phase with a materially larger revenue ambition over the next two years.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure like servers, storage, networking, cloud platforms (e.g., Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure), virtualization and cybersecurity
- Channel sales & partner management experience
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple partners and sales pipelines
- Strategic thinking with execution focus
