Purpose To drive channel growth by managing dealer relationships, expanding partner networks, and executing joint business strategies to achieve sales, revenue, and profitability targets. Key Responsibilities Manage and strengthen relationships with existing dealers to enhance sales performance and revenue growth. Appoint and onboard new dealers/partners within assigned territories. Plan and execute joint business plans with partners to achieve business objectives. Support partners in handling large enterprise and government tenders. Facilitate partner manpower planning and provide product and sales training. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Coordinate with the marketing team to initiate and support sales promotion activities to ensure consistency in secondary sales. Drive conflict resolution and ensure smooth partner engagement and operations. Key Skills & Competencies Dealer/Channel Relationship Management Target-driven and revenue-focused mindset Business planning and forecasting Conflict resolution and problem-solving Technical understanding of office automation products and market dynamics Experience & Qualification Experience: Minimum 4 to 5 years in Channel Sales. Industry Preference: Office automation/printing solutions preferred.
