Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive primary and secondary sales through existing and new System Integrators (SI’s)
- Collaborate with SI partners to generate end-customer leads and ensure successful deal closures, with a strong focus on funnel creation and conversion
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners to ensure business continuity and growth
- Identify, onboard, and develop new SI partners to expand the reach of Matrix products
- Consistently achieve monthly MPI and regional sales targets
- Identify and report key business opportunities in major accounts to the Head Office
- Plan and conduct marketing initiatives and technical training programs for both existing and new SI partners
- Organize regular dealer and reseller meets in coordination with distributors
- Collect and maintain updated customer databases, along with feedback and market insights
Qualifications:
- 2 to 10 years of proven experience in technology-driven sales
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in sales forecasting and customer base development
- Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational abilities with a problem-solving approach
- Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships
