Role ObjectiveTo drive channel sales growth by expanding dealer networks, strengthening relationships with industry professionals, and managing branch sales operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities· Handle channel sales operations and achieve assigned sales targets.
· Manage bonded sales and channel sales activities.
· Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
· Conduct inside and outside office client meetings for sales generation.
· Maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
· Regular sales follow-ups to close leads and ensure order conversion.
· Develop and expand dealer/distributor network in assigned territory.
· Drive dealer onboarding and relationship management.
· Monitor dealer performance and market coverage.
· Build relationships with Architects, Engineers, Builders, and Contractors.
· Promote company products through regular market visits and presentations.
· Provide product knowledge and technical support to clients.
· Manage lead calling activities and coordinate with sales support team.
· Ensure timely response to customer inquiries and leads.
· Track pipeline and maintain sales reports.
· Support and manage branch-level sales operations.
· Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and dispatch.
· Ensure smooth operational workflow.
Experience· 2–5 years in Tiles / Sanitary Ware / Building Material Industry.
Required Skills & Qualifications· Strong knowledge of Tiles & Sanitary Ware products.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
