Role Description
We are seeking a Channel Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site position located in Silchar. The responsibilities include managing channel sales, building strong relationships with channel partners, and driving sales growth within the assigned territory. The Channel Sales Manager will also oversee customer service efforts, support sales management strategies, and collaborate with team members to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Channel Sales and managing Channel Partners to drive revenue growth
- Solid experience in Sales and Sales Management with a focus on meeting targets and generating leads
- Strong skills in Customer Service, ensuring an excellent client experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to build effective partnerships
- Strategic and analytical thinking abilities to identify and develop new business opportunities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Prior experience in a similar role, especially in the construction or building materials sector, is advantageous
