Role Description

We are seeking a Channel Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. The role involves managing and growing channel sales, building and nurturing relationships with key channel partners, and driving sales performance to meet organizational goals. Responsibilities include developing effective sales strategies, managing partner portfolios, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. The candidate will also collaborate closely with internal teams to strengthen a results-driven sales environment.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in Channel Sales and managing Channel Partners to effectively drive business growth.
  • Strong skills in Sales, including lead generation, negotiations, and closing deals successfully.
  • Proven ability in Sales Management to guide a sales team towards achieving revenue goals.
  • Effective Customer Service abilities to provide excellent support and retain long-term client relationships.
  • Exceptional communication skills, analytical mindset, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience in the food and beverage or FMCG industries is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA would be advantageous.
