• Business Development:
o Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the targeted industry segments. Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets.
o Discuss AVSI Solutions, Interactive Display, UC & videoconferencing technologies, Wireless collaboration solutions with a view to demonstrating their usefulness to current and potential customers
• Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth through Channels and System Integrators
o Identifying new market opportunities and potential customers
o Creating and managing sales budgets and forecasts
o Monitoring sales performance and conducting regular sales reviews
• Building and maintaining customer relationships
o Identifying key accounts and developing strategies to nurture them
o Conducting sales presentations and negotiations
o Resolving customer issues and ensuring their satisfaction
• Analysing market trends and competition
o Staying updated with industry developments and market dynamics
o Monitoring competitor activity and adjusting strategies accordingly
o Conducting market research and identifying new trends or opportunities
• Client Acquisition
o Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through effective lead generation and networking. Conduct market research to understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs
Qualifications and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on Audio-Visual Solutions Integration
· Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales targets with Channel Partners
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Must have 5years experience in B2B Sales, Channel Sales
· Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
