Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi, India for a Senior Sales Executive. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and building strong relationships with potential clients, developing and executing sales strategies, preparing proposals, and negotiating deals to meet sales targets. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a robust sales pipeline, coordinating with internal teams to deliver client solutions, conducting market research to identify emerging trends, and representing the organization at industry events. The role also involves providing comprehensive reports on sales performance and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent after-sales service.
Qualifications
- Proven sales expertise, including skills in lead generation, client management, and deal negotiation
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients at various levels
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop data-driven sales strategies
- Experience in building relationships with stakeholders and managing accounts effectively
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
- Proactive mindset, target-oriented approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in technology, automation, or robotics industry is a significant advantage
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Willingness to work on-site in Delhi, India
