We’re entering a hyper-growth phase and looking for a visionary leader to expand our India-wide partner network.
Key Responsibilities1. Dealer Onboarding & Network Expansion
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new dealers, distributors, and channel partners in the assigned territory.
- Conduct market mapping to identify potential counters and growth opportunities.
- Complete documentation, commercial agreements, and system onboarding for new channel partners.
- Provide product training and orientation to newly onboarded dealers and their sales staff.
2. Counter Conversion & Market Penetration
- Convert potential retail counters into active selling points for Adiance Technologies products.
- Ensure product availability, competitive placement, and brand advocacy at counters.
- Build strong relationships with retailers to increase mindshare and wallet share.
3. Scheme Execution & Trade Promotions
- Implement and monitor company schemes, promotions, and incentive programs at dealer and counter level.
- Ensure proper communication and understanding of schemes among channel partners.
- Track scheme performance and provide feedback to management for optimization.
4. Weekly Joint Visits & Relationship Management
- Conduct weekly joint visits with dealers, distributor sales teams, and key accounts.
- Support channel partners in closing key opportunities and resolving customer issues.
- Strengthen relationships with top-performing dealers and strategic accounts.
5. Channel Order Targets & Business Achievement
- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and order booking targets through channel partners.
- Drive primary and secondary sales, ensuring consistent order inflow.
- Monitor order pipeline, forecast demand, and coordinate with supply chain for timely fulfillment.
6. Stock Rotation & Inventory Management
- Ensure healthy stock rotation at distributor and dealer level to avoid aging and obsolescence.
- Monitor secondary sales, stock levels, and sell-through performance.
- Plan liquidation drives for slow-moving or excess inventory.
7. Visibility Drives & In-Store Branding
- Execute in-shop branding, product displays, POSM deployment, and visibility campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines across all counters.
- Plan and execute special visibility drives during product launches and festive seasons.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong channel sales and dealer management experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to execute schemes and promotional campaigns effectively.
- Strong analytical skills for tracking targets, stock, and performance metrics.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work in field sales environment.
Educational Qualification
- Graduate / MBA in Marketing or Sales preferred.
Experience
- 2 to 10 years of experience in Channel Sales, Dealer Management, or Business Development (preferably in Technology / Electronics / IT Hardware / Networking / CCTV / Automation industry).
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of new dealers and counters onboarded.
- Counter conversion ratio.
- Achievement of channel order targets.
- Scheme effectiveness and uptake.
- Stock rotation days and inventory health.
- Visibility and branding compliance score.
