Role Description
This full-time on-site role is based in South Mumbai. As a Channel Sales Manager – Health Agency, the individual will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with health agency partners. Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, onboarding and training new agents, analyzing performance metrics, and providing field support. The role also involves implementing strategy plans to drive business growth, monitoring market trends, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Collaboration with teams to meet regional goals and maintain effective partner relationships will be integral.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in achieving sales targets and budget management
- Ability to onboard, train, and manage agent performance
- Knowledge of the health insurance sector or general insurance products
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical skills for performance review and strategic decision-making
- Team collaboration and relationship management abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Preference for candidates with experience in agency sales or a similar role in the insurance industry
