About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned and strategic Manager to spearhead the growth and performance of our franchise or channel network. This role provides end-to-end leadership across franchise acquisition, onboarding, partner success, and revenue expansion. You will drive high-impact initiatives, strengthen operational efficiency, and play a key part in scaling the network by onboarding new franchise/Channel partners improving partner productivity while ensuring sustainable profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Franchise/Channel Acquisition & Expansion
• Strategic Acquisition Planning: Design and execute a comprehensive franchise or channel acquisition strategy aligned with organizational growth targets.
• Pipeline Leadership: Oversee and optimize the full acquisition funnel, ensuring consistent inflow of high-quality prospects and timely conversions.
• Market Penetration: Identify high-potential markets and expansion zones, developing region-specific growth plans.
• Channel Diversification: Leverage digital, on-ground, partnerships, and referral ecosystems to expand franchise reach and strengthen lead quality.
Franchise Onboarding & Set-Up
• End-to-End Launch Ownership: Lead the onboarding and operational go-live of new franchise stores, ensuring all SOPs, processes, and compliance standards are met.
• Scale Management: Ensure successful onboarding of franchise stores per month, maintaining quality and standardization at scale.
• Capability Building: Establish robust training, enablement, and support frameworks to set new franchise partners up for long-term success.
Franchise Performance, Retention & Revenue Growth
• Portfolio Management: Oversee performance of the entire franchise portfolio, using data-driven insights to enhance store productivity and profitability.
• Retention & Engagement: Develop franchise retention programs, strengthen partner relationships, and proactively resolve operational challenges.
• Business Growth Initiatives: Drive revenue optimization initiatives, implement performance-improvement plans, and roll out business interventions to support consistent growth.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure adherence to brand standards, operational guidelines, and customer experience expectations across all franchise stores.
Qualifications
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years in Business Development, Channel Sales or Franchise sales, or Multi-Unit Operations within FMCG, retail, food, logistics, or telecom
• Skills: Strong leadership, stakeholder management, strategic planning, communication, negotiation, and analytical capabilities.
