Position Overview
BPE Innovation Pvt Ltd. is seeking an experienced and result-driven Channel Sales Manager with a strong background in sanitaryware or washroom automation products. The candidate will be responsible for expanding and managing the company’s distributor and dealer network for sensor-based sanitary products in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a strong network of vendors, distributors, and sub-distributors.
- Drive primary and secondary sales through the channel network.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify and appoint new distributors and dealers.
- Build strong relationships with sanitary dealers, builders, contractors, and institutions.
- Promote sensor-based and touchless sanitary solutions in the market.
- Conduct product demonstrations and awareness activities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor products.
- Support channel partners in generating demand and closing deals.
- Handle pricing discussions and partner negotiations.
- Maintain sales pipeline, reports, and forecasts.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and support.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of sensor-based sanitary or bathware products.
- Experience in channel sales and partner management.
- Expertise in Distributor / Dealer / Sub-distributor handling.
- Ability to explain technical products (sensor automation).
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Good communication and field sales experience.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 3–6 years of experience in sanitaryware, bathware, or sensor-based product industry.
- Experience in Delhi NCR market preferred.
- Willingness to travel for field sales.
