Job Description – Channel Sales Officer

Role Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Channel Sales Officer to drive franchise development and channel sales expansion for our ISP broadband network services. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and onboarding franchise partners, expanding the ISP distribution network, managing freelance sales executives (ProConnect Partners), and coordinating with the technical team for smooth service deployment and customer support.
The ideal candidate should possess strong field sales experience, partner management skills, and the ability to develop business opportunities in assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
Franchise & Channel Development
- Identify, approach, and onboard franchise partners for ISP broadband services.
- Develop and expand the channel partner network across assigned territories.
- Build strong relationships with distributors, local cable operators, and business partners.
- Conduct market surveys to identify new business opportunities and competitor activities.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for broadband connections and franchise acquisition.
- Generate leads through field activities, local marketing campaigns, and references.
- Support franchise partners in driving customer acquisition and revenue generation.
- Monitor sales pipeline and provide regular performance reports.
Team & Freelancer Management
- Manage and coordinate ProConnect freelancers/sales promoters for lead generation activities.
- Guide channel partners and freelancers on sales strategies and product offerings.
- Conduct product training and awareness sessions for franchise teams.
Operational Coordination
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams for installation and service activation.
- Ensure timely issue resolution for channel partners and customers.
- Maintain proper documentation related to franchise onboarding and agreements.
Relationship Management
- Maintain healthy business relationships with channel partners.
- Ensure partner satisfaction through continuous support and engagement.
- Organize partner meetings and promotional activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in channel sales, telecom sales, ISP sales, or franchise development.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in field sales environments.
- Good knowledge of broadband/FTTH/network services is preferred.
- Experience in handling distributors, franchise partners, or field sales teams is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
