Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South for a Channel Sales and Business Development Executive. The role involves driving channel partner relationships, identifying potential business opportunities, and managing the end-to-end sales process. Responsibilities include onboarding and engaging with channel partners, conducting regular sales pipeline reviews, creating growth strategies, and negotiating deals to build lasting partnerships. The role also requires continuous collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure business targets are met effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Channel Sales and Business Development, with an understanding of real estate sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills for building and managing partner relationships
- Proficiency in market research, lead generation, and strategy development
- Demonstrated ability in managing sales pipelines and meeting sales targets effectively
- Highly organized with excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to adapt to dynamic environments
- Knowledge of the Bengaluru real estate market is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
