Your Mission: As a Franchise Channel Sales Manager, you will:
- Manage end-to-end franchise & channel partner acquisition
- Convert inbound leads into signed franchise agreements
- Sell a business opportunity, not a service
- Handle pitching, negotiations, objections, and closures independently
- Ensure smooth handover from sale → onboarding → activation
- Hit aggressive monthly acquisition targets
- Track every lead, follow-up, and closure in CRM
What You’ll Be Selling: You’ll be selling territory-based franchise / channel partnerships to:
- Entrepreneurs
- Business owners
- Senior professionals
- Investors
You must be comfortable discussing:
- ROI
- Unit economics
- Scalability
- Long-term partnership value
Non-Negotiable Requirements
- Proven experience in franchise sales / channel sales / B2B deal closures
- Clear track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Comfort with 6-day workweeks and fast-paced execution
- Discipline in CRM and pipeline tracking
- Thick skin and high emotional resilience
Freshers and support-only sales profiles should not apply.
Compensation & Work Structure
- Salary: Up to ₹8 LPA + aggressive incentives
- Weekly incentive payouts (no waiting cycles)
- In-office role (Andheri, Mumbai)
- Work Timings: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (1 Saturday off in a month and all Sundays off)
- Bring Your Own Device policy applies
- Immediate joiners preferred
