Job Summary:
We at “House of Biryan”, are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Channel Partner Coordinator / Executive to manage and support relationships with channel partners. This role involves coordinating sales activities, ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and partners, and driving partner performance to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for channel partners, ensuring smooth day-to-day coordination and strong relationship management.
- Onboard and support partners with necessary tools, product knowledge, and process guidance to drive sales performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align partner activities with business goals and communicate updates on products, pricing, and campaigns.
- Track partner performance, analyse key metrics, and share regular reports with actionable insights.
- Ensure seamless execution of orders, documentation, and payments while maintaining accurate partner records and resolving operational issues.
Location & Hours:
- Byculla, Mumbai || Work Schedule: Mon - Sat, 10:30 am to 6:30 pm.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, B. Com or a related field.
Skills & Competencies:
- Fresher with excellent communication or 1–2 years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or coordination roles.
- Experience working with distributors, resellers, or franchise partners is preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, and reporting.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
