Role Description This is a full-time Channel Partner role based in Hyderabad with a hybrid work model, allowing some work-from-home flexibility. The Channel Partner will identify, onboard, and manage real estate channel partners, brokers, and affiliate networks to drive sales for open plot projects. Responsibilities include nurturing partner relationships, providing regular project updates, conducting site visits, and coordinating marketing activities to increase lead generation and conversions. The role involves collaborating with internal sales and marketing teams to align business plans, track performance metrics, and ensure partners have the tools and information needed to succeed. The Channel Partner will also be expected to maintain accurate records of partner activity, sales pipelines, and customer feedback to support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Channel Partners and Channel Sales, with a proven ability to build and sustain productive partner networks.
- Competence in Sales and Account Management, including lead conversion, relationship management, and post-sales support.
- Ability to contribute to Business Planning, including demand forecasting, territory planning, and partner growth strategies.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Prior experience in real estate or related industries is preferred, especially in land, plotting, or residential projects.
- Comfort working in a hybrid setup in Hyderabad, including regular fieldwork, partner meetings, and project site visits.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in basic CRM tools and MS Office; ability to maintain accurate sales and partner reports.
