🔹 Role Overview
Looking for a candidate to onboard and manage channel partners (IFAs, distributors, agents) and drive revenue through mutual fund and wealth products.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Acquire and onboard new IFAs / distributors
- Drive business through Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs
- Build and manage long-term partner relationships
- Train partners on products, platforms & sales strategies
- Support partners in client acquisition and closures
- Track AUM growth, revenue targets & partner performance
- Ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards
🔹 Must-Have Requirements
- 4+ years in Mutual Fund house / distributor platform (MANDATORY)
- Experience working with IFA / channel partners
- Strong understanding of:
- Mutual Funds
- PMS / AIF
- Capital markets
- Experience in AUM growth / revenue targets
- Familiarity with platforms like:
- NSE NMF
- CAMS
- Kfintech
🔹 Good to Have
- NISM Certification
- Experience in partner training / enablement
- Strong negotiation & relationship skills
