We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Channel Partner – Field Support professional to provide direct on-site technical assistance at client locations. The role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing basic software, assisting users with system operations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations. This position is ideal for individuals seeking hands-on experience in field support, customer interaction, and practical IT service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site support to end users for software and basic hardware-related issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and basic IT peripherals.
  • Educate end users on system operations, safe usage practices, and basic troubleshooting steps.
  • Log all support requests in the ticketing system and update status regularly.
  • Coordinate with the internal support team for unresolved or escalated issues.
  • Ensure timely resolution of assigned tickets while maintaining service quality standards.

Skills

  • Mandatory proficiency in Kannada (spoken and written)
  • Good communication skills and ability to patiently assist low-technical users.
  • Strong problem-solving attitude and willingness to travel to client locations.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Basic understanding of desktop environments and common software applications.
  • Knowledge of mobile device support (Android/iOS).
  • Experience with ticketing tools and service management systems.
  • Familiarity with Windows OS, web browsers, and MS Office tools.
  • Basic understanding of antivirus tools and security best practices.
