Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Channel Head/Senior Relationship Manager (Private Banks), based in Delhi and Mumbai. The role involves driving channel sales through the development and management of partnerships with private banks, identifying new opportunities, and implementing strategies for growth. Responsibilities include managing and mentoring a team to achieve sales targets, analyzing sales data to refine approaches, and establishing strong relationships with channel partners to ensure seamless collaboration and achieve performance goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Channel Sales and managing partnerships with Channel Partners
  • Demonstrated Analytical Skills for evaluating sales performance and trends
  • Proven ability in Team Management and leading a high-performing sales team
  • Strong Sales acumen, with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment based in Delhi
  • Prior experience in the health insurance or financial services sector is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
