The privacy compliance space is dominated by expensive incumbents. Agencies managing compliance for multiple clients are overpaying for tools that do not justify the cost. We offer them a significantly better deal and they know it. What we are building now is the partner channel that connects us to them at scale.

The opportunity
This is our first dedicated Channel Growth hire. You will be working directly with the founding team to build and grow our agency partner channel bringing on agencies who manage compliance for their clients and becoming their go-to platform for cookie consent.
The partner channel is already designed. The pricing and incentive structure is in place. The product is ready. What we need now is the right person to take it to market someone with the experience to hit the ground running and the enthusiasm to make this their own.
Agencies currently overpaying for privacy compliance tools can switch to us and save significantly per license, per year. This is a genuinely strong value proposition that practically sells itself. Our partners win, their clients win, and you win by being the person who built the channel that makes it happen.
What You Will Do
- Recruit and onboard Recruit and onboard agency partners, identify agencies currently using competing tools and bring them onto our partner program with a compelling pitch and a smooth onboarding experience.
- Activate. Activate every partnership, work with each agency to get their first licenses live quickly and support them as they grow their client base on our platform.
- Build the systems. Build the systems alongside us, partner tracking, onboarding templates, communication cadences and reporting. We will build these together as a team.
- Be the internal voice. Be the voice of the partner internally, share what you are hearing in the field, flag blockers and suggest improvements to pricing, product or process.
- Grow consistently. Grow the channel consistently, we are targeting 500 active partner-sourced licenses in the first year across roughly 50 agency partners. Achievable and well-supported.
- Report on outcomes. Report on what matters, partner MRR, activation rates and license growth. Not call volume.
Who We Are Looking For
Experience that matters
- 3–6 years in partnerships, channel sales or business development at a SaaS company.
- You have worked within a global SaaS partnerships team at a product company, ideally one with a well-structured partner or reseller program. You understand how these programs are built and operated at scale.
- You know how agency partner channels work, reseller margins, license models, co-selling, partner tiers and what makes agencies actually commit to a new platform.
- Strong, clear written English, you will be writing outreach, onboarding guides and partner communications that represent our brand.

Bonus points
- Experience in MarTech, privacy tech (preference), digital agency ecosystems or compliance software.
- You have personally recruited and activated new partners before, not just inherited an existing book.
- You have built tracking tools or dashboards to monitor partner pipeline or performance.
- You have worked at a small or growing company before and genuinely enjoyed the pace.
