Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Channel Expansion Sales Manager based in Odisha, India, with the flexibility for some remote work. The Channel Expansion Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new channel partners, developing sales strategies, and ensuring alignment with company goals. The role includes regular collaboration with the marketing team, tracking performance metrics, and providing analytics to guide strategic decisions. Additional responsibilities include maintaining strong relationships with partners, conducting market research to identify emerging opportunities, and delivering presentations and training programs to ensure compliance and alignment with company values.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in channel development, partner training, and team management
- Experience in sales strategy formulation, client relations, and target achievement
- Capability in market research and competitor analysis to identify expansion opportunities
- Proficiency in data analysis, CRM tools, and performance tracking
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to adapt to hybrid working environments and manage priorities effectively
- Experience in the renewable energy, water treatment, or manufacturing sectors is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
