Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune/Chennai/Delhi for a Channel Development Specialist. The role involves managing and growing relationships with channel partners, developing and executing channel sales strategies, and identifying new partnership opportunities. You will be responsible for analyzing market trends and performance data, supporting sales efforts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Creating dealer and distributor partnerships to sell Filtration products will be your primary responsibility. Regular communication with channel partners and reporting on sales progress will be key components of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Channel Sales and managing Channel Partners in Filtration or other Indian aftermarket products
- Experience with channel development in companies such as Fleetguard, Donaldson, Mann and Hummel, Luman, and Mahle.
- Proficiency in Sales techniques and strategies
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal teams and external partners
- Advanced Analytical Skills to assess market trends, evaluate data, and strategize accordingly
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Statistics, or a related field
- Proven experience in creating and managing successful channel development programs, appointing dealers, distributors, and managing their performance.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt strategies to meet evolving business demands
