Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Chennai, for a Change Work Specialist. The Change Work Specialist will work closely with clients to facilitate their personal and professional transformations. The role involves understanding individual and organizational needs, applying proprietary methodologies to foster behavioral changes, and supporting clients in achieving accelerated growth and success. You will also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver impactful and measurable outcomes.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Educational Qualification: Preference will be given to candidates with MBBS or BDS qualifications. This role is ideally suited for medical professionals seeking to apply their scientific expertise to human excellence, personal evolution, and transformational health outcomes.
