Purpose Of The Position (Short Summary Of The Role)
Evaluation and timely response to the engineering change requests for the aftersales technical service department, 05tss postbox.
▪ Update AVON data to EPIC portal. Providing timely solutions to ELSA queries raised by the dealer based on interaction with HQ from Skoda and VW (L1 & L2 level) support.
▪ Incorporate necessary changes in the ELSA literature based on dealer and market requirements.
▪ Handling critical IT systems queries related to Elsa, DISS, and TPI, that are used by the dealers.
▪ Ensuring all technical service deliverables are completed before product launch.
▪ ODIS SW update analysis circulates to the field team for corrective action.
▪ Support in Digitalization and automation, wherever required in the workshop system.
▪ New product – ensure system readiness before market launch
