Join our team as an entry-level Organizational Change Management professional. Help support successful change initiatives by driving communication, training, adoption, and engagement efforts for analytics products and services globally.
Responsibilities
Below are key aspects of the role:
• Assist in developing and implementing change management content and strategies to support organizational initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication to relevant stakeholders.
• Create and deliver training materials and programs for analytics products and services.
• Support the development and execution of engagement activities to foster a positive change culture.
• Support in conducting impact assessments and end-user analysis to identify potential resistance and develop mitigation strategies.
• Assist in monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of change management initiatives and making recommendations for improvement.
Desired Skills, Competencies & Experience:
• A Bachelor’s degree (B.Com./B.Tech./B.Sc.) and comfortable with various communication tools (Microsoft/Google Suite) and usage metrics tracking with Google Analytics
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage and convey change messages to diverse audiences.
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset to assess impact and identify potential barriers to change.
• Basic knowledge of change management methodologies and best practices, with continuous learning mindset to stay updated with industry trends and practices.
• Flexible and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, while possessing a high level of comfort with ambiguity.
• Knowledge of content/video creation tools like Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Synthesia, After Effects etc. is a plus.
