Key Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end change strategies and plans for product rollouts, process improvements, and platform migrations, covering impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption.
- Conduct change readiness and impact assessments across functions (operations, product, delivery, sales, and client sites), translating findings into targeted interventions and success metrics.
- Design and execute communication plans, leadership briefings, and stakeholder forums; manage feedback loops and resistance strategies.
- Build and deliver role-based training (guides, SOPs, toolkits, walkthroughs) and coordinate learning delivery, coaching, and reinforcement.
- Integrate change activities into program and project plans; run CABs/steerco updates, risks/issue reviews, and go/no-go readiness checks.
- Define adoption KPIs and benefit measures; build dashboards, track leading indicators, and drive corrective actions to lift utilisation and value realisation.
- Establish and maintain change governance, templates, and standards; embed continuous improvement through lessons learned.
- Partner with site leaders and clients to plan phased deployments, cutovers, and business continuity, including rollback/contingency scenarios.
- Support cultural change initiatives that strengthen collaboration, safety, data-driven decision-making, and customer focus.
Required Skills And Experience
- 5–8 years in change management roles within technology-enabled transformation (SaaS, OT/IoT, industrial software, or mining/energy/industrial), including complex multi-stakeholder implementations.
- Demonstrated success planning and executing change across multiple workstreams with measurable adoption and benefits realisation.
- Proficiency with change frameworks (e.g., ADKAR/Prosci or equivalent), stakeholder analysis, comms planning, training design, and reinforcement.
- Strong program integration skills: risk management, dependency mapping, cutover readiness, and governance reporting.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills across executives, frontline users, and technical teams.
- Data fluency with defining KPIs, building adoption dashboards, and deriving insights to guide course correction.
