Role: Change Management Expert
Location: Bangkok, Thailand
Role Summary
Lead change management for a large-scale enterprise product catalog transformation. Ensure stakeholder
alignment, user readiness, and adoption from legacy systems to a centralized platform, covering pre-go-live
through hypercare.
Key Accountabilities
Change Strategy & Governance
- Define and execute end-to-end change strategy aligned to program milestones
- Establish stakeholder governance, engagement model, and reporting
Stakeholder & Impact Management
- Identify stakeholders; onboard and manage SPOCs and Change Champions
- Lead Change Impact Assessment (CIA) workshops and mitigation planning
- Secure sign-offs on impacts and readiness
Communication & Training
- Develop and execute communication plan (channels, cadence, messaging)
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and deliver role-based training
- Track completion, effectiveness, and feedback
Adoption & Hypercare
- Drive awareness, readiness, and system adoption
- Support post go-live war room and issue resolution
- Monitor KPIs, run reinforcement actions, and close hypercare

Experience & Skills
- 10+ years in change management for large transformation programs
- Strong experience in enterprise/BSS transformations
- Proven stakeholder management and adoption delivery
- Hands-on in CIA, TNA, training rollout, and hypercare
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
