Role: Change Management Consultant
Location: Bengaluru
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive and manage organizational change initiatives
• Create and execute comprehensive change management strategies
• Develop stakeholder communication and engagement plans
• Design training curriculum and conduct training programs
• Create new training materials or enhance existing learning content
• Track and measure change adoption and user readiness
• Work closely with business and project stakeholders to ensure smooth transformation
Required Skills:
• Strong experience in Change Management
• Expertise in communication planning and stakeholder management
• Experience in learning & development / training delivery
• Ability to measure adoption metrics and change effectiveness
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
• Experience working in enterprise transformation programs preferred
Preferred:
• Experience in digital transformation / organizational transformation projects
• Certifications in Change Management will be an added advantage
