Position: Change Management

Requirements:

Minimum 5-7 years in Change Management, specifically for large-scale SAP (S/4HANA/Cloud) implementations.
Deep knowledge of Change frameworks (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR, or Kotter).
Exceptional ability to translate "SAP jargon" into simple, impactful business language for all levels of the organization.
Experience managing the end-to-end training lifecycle, from TNA (Training Needs Analysis) to delivery.
