Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Change Analyst based in Hyderabad. The Change Analyst will work closely with various stakeholders to facilitate and manage change processes. Responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, assessing the impacts of changes, conducting business analysis, and ensuring clear communication to relevant parties. The Change Analyst will play a crucial role in implementing strategies to enhance organizational efficiency and adaptability.

- Partner closely with business leaders to ensure smooth transition and adoption
- Build strong working relationships with local and global leaders
- Coordinate business readiness activities
- Oversee and track training implementation
- Drive engagement initiatives during change rollouts
- Monitor and report change metrics and adoption indicators
- Candidate Profile
- Support broader transformation programmes
- Prior experience (3 years relevant) in change management or transformation roles
- Strong global stakeholder management experience
- Demonstrated problem-solving capability
- Solid project management skills
- Key Requirement
- Comfortable working in matrix and fast-paced environments
- Preferred Background
- Must have experience in a fast-paced technology-driven environment
- Fintech or pharma experience preferred
- Exposure to rapid organisational change environments
- Tech experience does not need to be in gaming or Flutter’s specific sector
