</div><div>We are seeking compassionate and dependable caregivers to provide <strong>live-in or 24-hour care</strong> for our client in East Longmeadow Area. <br><br>Position Overview<br><br>
</div><div>As a Caregiver with Chanda Care, you play a key role in helping clients live safely and independently at home. Your support will focus on daily living, comfort, and meaningful human connection.</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>
<strong>Core Responsibilities Include:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Assisting with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming</li>
<li>Providing hands-on support with safety, mobility, and comfort</li>
<li>Preparing simple meals and helping maintain a clean, safe home</li>
<li>Offering medication reminders and reinforcing daily routines</li>
<li>Completing errands or grocery runs as needed</li>
<li>Driving clients to appointments or nearby activities</li>
<li>Providing companionship, conversation, and emotional reassurance</li>
<li>Communicating clearly with families and the Chanda Care team<br><br>
</li>
</ul><div>We’re looking for caregivers who bring reliability, heart, and professionalism to their work.<br><br>

<strong>You should have:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>At least one year of caregiving experience <em>or</em> willingness to complete training</li>
<li>A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation</li>
<li>Ability to lift 50 lbs safely</li>
<li>Willingness to commute within a 5–25 minute range</li>
<li>A compassionate, respectful, and dependable approach</li>
<li>Comfort working independently in a client’s home</li>
