About the role

You will be responsible for sourcing fitout material and services based on stakeholders' requests, raising purchase orders based on service requests, providing information for the estimated / actual landed costs, and maintaining prices in the system. In addition, you will be responsible for coordinating the supplier registration process and suppliers invoices follow-up. Core responsibilities: Organizational: Follow all relevant procurement policies, processes, and standard operating procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner. Operational: Implement activities under minimal supervision. Escalate complex problems to the Procurement Managers and Head of Procurement. Conduct sourcing events for low value routine goods and services ("tail spend") upon approved service requests from the stakeholders. Purchase orders: Process all service requests and purchase orders in system for non-merchandise categories - fit out. Maintain up-to-date purchase orders at all times. Follow up on open orders and service requests. Follow-up with suppliers and ensure that goods/services are delivered, and the system is updated. Validate local data from item master data file (newly created items) sent by MDM. Provide all information for item creation for local purchases. Conduct stakeholders trainings - use of nMPO systems, procurement processes. Support Category Managers with suppliers authorization process and framework contracts. Receive any orders and verify that the correct items and amounts have been delivered and then store the material. Receipt and upload suppliers invoices in the system.
