Investment Analyst

As an Investment Analyst based in Dubai, you will support the investment department in its various initiatives including market research, investment sourcing, due diligence, asset management, reporting, and presentation content building. You will be handling the below responsibilities: Market Research: Conduct in-depth analysis of public and private market data to produce monthly investment insights aligned with portfolio strategy. Asset Management: Review and interpret quarterly reports to provide concise summaries and performance updates for private investments. Business Development: Assist in engagement with new real estate and private equity managers across the US and Europe to expand the investment pipeline. Due Diligence: Support the end-to-end due diligence process, including financial assessments and comprehensive evaluations of prospective investments. Admin: taking the lead on all relevant/associated admin work streams, including booking meetings with potential managers, writing meeting notes, filing.
