Ecommerce Director

The Ecommerce Director will be responsible for driving the growth and development of the e-commerce business for Chalhoub Group. This includes developing and executing the e-commerce strategy, managing the end-to-end e-commerce operations, and driving performance across all e-commerce platforms. Key responsibilities include:- Develop and implement the e-commerce strategy and roadmap for the business- Manage the e-commerce teams and operations, including web development, digital marketing, customer experience, and logistics- Analyze data and insights to optimize e-commerce performance and drive growth- Collaborate with other business units to integrate e-commerce into the overall omnichannel strategy- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the e-commerce offering- Manage the e-commerce budget and resources effectively
