We are building a high-performance Chairman’s Office ecosystem focused on strategic relationships, global networking, business influence, institutional positioning, and long-term ecosystem building.
We are looking for an ambitious, polished, intelligent, and high-energy professional to work closely with the Chairman’s Office on strategic relations, PR, communications, research, networking, and thought leadership initiatives.
This is not a routine social media or marketing role.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Relations & Networking
- Coordinate and maintain professional relationships with business leaders, investors, diplomats, media professionals, chambers, founders, and strategic stakeholders
- Manage professional follow-ups, communication tracking, and relationship databases
- Support participation in conferences, embassy events, trade forums, institutional meetings, and strategic networking ecosystems
- Assist in identifying collaboration, partnership, and visibility opportunities
PR, Positioning & Personal Branding
- Support Chairman’s LinkedIn and thought leadership presence
- Draft and coordinate professional posts, articles, commentary, and communication
- Assist in media outreach, PR opportunities, and strategic visibility initiatives
- Coordinate presentations, profiles, branding material, and professional communication assets
Research & Strategic Support
- Conduct research on international trade, business ecosystems, economic trends, geopolitics, and emerging sectors
- Prepare concise briefing notes, opportunity reports, and strategic summaries
- Identify conferences, strategic forums, business communities, and institutional opportunities relevant to the organization
Chairman’s Office Coordination
- Support strategic communication, meeting preparation, follow-ups, and coordination
- Maintain organized digital records and stakeholder databases
- Assist in execution of high-priority strategic initiatives
- Support cross-functional coordination within the Chairman’s Office ecosystem
Skills & Qualities Required
