Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a CHA Documentation Specialist at Transcon Freight Systems Pvt Ltd, based in Kurla, Mumbai. The role involves preparing, managing, and reviewing CHA documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate technical records, developing documentation processes, and collaborating with internal teams to analyze and structure content for operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Clinical Documentation and Documentation practices
- Proficiency in Technical Documentation and Technical Writing
- Strong Analytical Skills for reviewing and refining information
- Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative processes
- Minimum one year of relevant experience in the field of CHA documentation
- Knowledge of standards and regulations in customs handling and clearance (preferred)
- Strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate with diverse teams
- A degree or diploma in a relevant discipline is desirable
