Greetings from CGS! We are hiring for Technical Support (Voice Process) to join our dynamic team supporting the North American Process (Night Shift). Job Details: Position: Associate Technical Support Engineer Process: International Voice Process Experience: Freshers to 4 years (All are welcome to apply!) Shift: Night Shift (Cabs provided for night shifts; Day shift during training (One Month)- own transport required) Work Schedule: Training Period: 6 days/week Post-Training: 5 days/week (Saturday-Sunday off) Work Location: Hi-Tech City, Hyderabad (Work from Office) Education: Undergraduates are also eligible Requirements: Excellent communication skills (Fluency in English). Basic knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting. Strong customer focus and problem-solving ability. Immediate joiners only. No leaves allowed during training. Key Skills: OS troubleshooting (Windows XP, 8, 10) Hardware and network troubleshooting Knowledge of Microsoft Office, VPNs, AD, DNS, and DHCP Familiarity with Network Protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, UDP) SLA management and ticketing Interview Process (6 Rounds): 1. Initial Screening 2. Harver Assessment 3. Technical Round 4. Ops Round 5. Versant Round 6. HR Discussion Job Role Highlights: Assist North American customers with hardware, software, and networking issues via voice support. Troubleshoot technical issues using provided tools and escalate as needed. Ensure customer satisfaction by responding promptly and resolving issues effectively. Adhere to SLAs and maintain KPIs.
