Position Description

SAP Retail Consultant

Resource should have at least 5 to 7 years relevant experience in SAP Retail.

• Experience in a full cycle Implementation & Upgrade as well as in support projects.
• Knowledge on configuration in S/4 Hana/ECC- SD, IS-retail, MM modules
• Commitment to continuous improvement & processes
• Actively Interact with the Functional consultants and product owner to design testcases and validate business requirements
• Validate end to end omnichannel order journeys and support business users during UAT
• Knowledge on organization structure configuration, Article categories & master data, stock transfer, inventory management, retail pricing, merchandise distribution, financial methods in SAP retail, SAP ECC/ S4HANA integrations and 3rd party applications.
• Act as a liaison between the functional and business users during UAT.
• Design, customize, configure prices, inventory, validate e2e O2C, P2P lifecycle and document testcase & results
• Experience with Empties management
• Retail industry experience and part of Implementation & Upgrade Projects
• Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter expert
• Good communication and able to manage stake holders at different levels
