SDE - Software Development Engineer (Intern)

We are looking for enthusiastic engineers who are not just passionate about writing code but are driven by the excitement of solving real-world business problems. What You'll Do • Partner with business teams to deeply understand challenges, goals, and pain points. • Design and build innovative technical solutions that directly address business needs. • Use data-driven insights to propose smarter, more efficient ways of working. • Take ownership of projects end-to-end: from requirement discovery to deployment and scaling. • Continuously learn, experiment, and adapt modern engineering practices to real-world problems. What We're Looking For • Problem-Solvers at Heart – you don't just code; you want to fix things that matter. • Strong skills in at least one programming language (.NET, Python etc.) and familiarity with modern development practices. • Curiosity to dive into business processes and the ability to translate them into technical solutions. • Ability to break down complex problems into simple, actionable steps. • Excellent collaboration and communication skills. • A mindset of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement. Nice to Have • Experience working with data, analytics, or automation tools. • Experience on front-end technologies (Angular, React, Vue etc.) • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
